We process your personal data if you are a customer or prospective customer wishing to request services from SIA “EcoFlux”.

This Privacy Policy also applies to data submitted through the contact form and container rental calculator on the EcoFlux website. The data is processed to prepare an indicative price calculation, review a service request, contact the customer, clarify the terms of the order and provide the requested service.

As part of this processing, we may process the following personal data: your name, surname, email address, telephone number and the text of your message. Depending on the form or calculator used, we may additionally process the company name, delivery address, selected waste type, container or trailer capacity, delivery zone, delivery and collection dates, number of rental days, price calculation generated by the calculator, comments and a record of consent or confirmation.

We obtain your personal data directly from you when you contact SIA “EcoFlux” or submit a request on the ecoflux.lv website. This also includes information you enter in the contact form or container rental calculator available on ecoflux.mozello.lv.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we process personal data on the basis of the user's consent, meaning that the data subject has given clear consent to the processing of their information for a specific purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the data controller.

If you request a price calculation or a service, the processing of personal data may also be necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). To protect the website and forms against misuse, certain technical data may be processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of SIA “EcoFlux” in ensuring the security of its information systems and preventing fraudulent or automated submissions (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

The recipient of the data is SIA “EcoFlux”.

Personal data may be accessed only by those employees or authorised persons of SIA “EcoFlux” who require it in order to review the relevant request and provide the service.

The Web3Forms service (https://web3forms.com) is used for the technical transmission of data submitted through the calculator contact form. Web3Forms receives the information entered in the form fields and forwards it to the email address specified by SIA “EcoFlux”. According to publicly available information provided by Web3Forms, form submissions may be stored for up to 30 days under the Free plan and for up to one year under the Pro plan.

To the extent necessary, personal data may also be disclosed to website maintenance, hosting, email or other information technology service providers acting on behalf of SIA “EcoFlux”, as well as to public authorities or law enforcement authorities where such disclosure is required by law.

We will retain your personal data relating to a service request for one year, unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements, perform a contract or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

According to publicly available information provided by Web3Forms, form submissions may be stored for up to 30 days under the Free plan and for up to one year under the Pro plan. Once a submission has been received in the SIA “EcoFlux” email system, the SIA “EcoFlux” retention period specified above applies. If a contract is concluded or accounting documents are prepared following the request, the relevant data may be retained for the periods prescribed by law.

If any technical service provider used by SIA “EcoFlux” processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, SIA “EcoFlux” ensures that the data is transferred on the basis of a lawful transfer mechanism provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation and subject to appropriate safeguards. Further information about the applicable mechanism may be obtained by contacting SIA “EcoFlux”.

You have the following rights in relation to the protection of your personal data:

1. Right of access. You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, why we process it, how we obtained it, to whom it has been disclosed, how long it will be retained, and to receive a copy of your data.
2. Right to rectification. If personal data held by us needs to be clarified or corrected, please clearly specify which data should be corrected and provide the current information.
3. Right to erasure. You may request the erasure of your personal data by specifying which data should be erased. In certain cases, erasure may not be possible due to legal requirements or another lawful basis.
4. Right to restriction of processing. If you are not satisfied that the processing of your data is compliant, you may request that the processing of specific data be restricted and provide the grounds for your request.
5. Right to data portability. In the cases provided for by law, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or request that it be transmitted to another controller.
6. Right to object. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interests of SIA “EcoFlux” on grounds relating to your particular situation.
7. Right to withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To enable us to review your request, please provide:

• your name and surname;
• your contact details (email address or telephone number);
• the nature of the request and the data to which it relates;
• where necessary, additional information that will help us verify your identity.

We will review requests without undue delay and no later than one month after receipt. If additional information is required to verify your identity or clarify the request, we will contact you.

SIA “EcoFlux” implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access to personal data is granted only to persons who require it in order to perform their duties.

Data entered in the calculator is not used for solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. The calculator automatically prepares an indicative price calculation based on the selected parameters, but the terms of the service may be clarified by SIA “EcoFlux” Customer Service.

SIA “EcoFlux” may update this Privacy Policy if the procedures for processing personal data, the technical services used or legal requirements change. The current version and its date of update will be published on the EcoFlux website.
